I apologize for taking SO long to pass on this receipe.
1 pkg of OREO Cookies (Crushed) 1 Stick of Butter (melted) 3 (8oz) pkgs of Cream Cheese (soften) 1 (14 oz) can of EAGLE Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT EVAPORATED MILK) 3 eggs 2 tsp of Vanilla Extract 1 pkg of HERSEY'S Chocolate Chip flour
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a 13x9 inch baking pan, crush all Oreo's and pour butter over evenly. Put in freezer while mixing the rest of ingredients. In a large bowl BEAT cream cheese till fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. In a small bowl toss chocolate chips (LESS 1 CUP OF CHIPS)with flour, just to coat the chips; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cups of chips evenly over top. Bake for 1 hour or until center springs back when lightly touched. TURN OVEN OFF ALLOW CHEESECAKE TO COOL IN OVEN. Chill .
***Please note that the cheese cake will look SLIGHTLY different then what you saw at Thanksgiving... we had forgotten to remove the cheese cake from the oven, prior to pre-heating it for the turkey...
PLEASE REMEMBER TO REMOVE YOUR CHEESE CAKE FROM THE OVEN ONCED COOL...
